Please complete the below form, which includes a $250 credit card pre-authorization. Providing our booking conditions are complied with and no additional charges are required, this is voided 7 days after check-out and released on your card. COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement
We care deeply about the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, so in line with the NSW Governments COVID-19 Safety plan, we require guests to acknowledge the following. If your situation changes prior to or during your stay please contact us as soon as possible.
- No guest has any symptoms of a respiratory illness (Fever, Shortness of Breath, Dry Cough etc)
- No guest has returned from overseas in the last 14 days
- No guest is a close contact of a confirmed case within 14 days of check-in
- No guest has been directed to self isolate by NSW Health
- No guest has visited any COVID-19 case locations as nomiated on the NSW Health website on the designated dates and times. (https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates)
- No guest has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 30 days

I understand credit card payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.7% in addition to the total amount payable. Provided no charges are drawn against the credit card as per the terms and conditions, the pre-authorisation will be released back to my card 7 days after check out.
